• Hermano Hermana Mayor
  In the tradition of town fiestas, prominent citizens are selected to serve as patrons of the festival. They are called the "Hermano and Hermana Mayor". They provide financial support, leadership and inspiration.
• Organizing Committee
  This committee meets once a month to plan the festival. Members of the committee decide policies that guide the operation of the festival.
• Day of the event
  Volunteers are needed to help with crowd control, ground maintenance, and general festival support.
