Linda
Laigo Timmen is a Seattle native who enjoys sailing and travel with her husband,
Terry, and their large family. She has worked for the Seattle Police Department
since 1986 and is currently an administrator for the Burglary Theft West Unit.
This position allows her to fulfill her desire to work with the community and
aid in public policy and government issues. Linda’s dedication to the community
is extensive and she is an officer and board member for the Filipino American
City Employees of Seattle (FACES), the past-vice president of Filipino Youth
Activities, and a member of the City of Seattle/Seattle Police Department’s
“Partners Against Youth Gun Violence.”
Linda’s involvement with Pista began in 1993. She is the Venue chair for the
Organizing Committee.
