Members of the organizing committee meets once a month to plan the festival. Members decide policies that guide the operation of the festival. Every aspect of the festival -- fundraising, entertainment, booths, transportation, logistics, public safety -- are discussed in this committee. Individuals who are enthusiastic, hardworking and innovative. and skilled in marketing, project management, program coordination, fundraising, and customer service are welcomed to join the committee.
